In October 2008 Euro Trophex took place in the beautiful city of Maastricht in the Netherlands. The show takes place every other year and always proves to be very successful. This year's show was no exception. Both exhibitors and visitors had come from far and wide. The show attracts a broad range of both regular and new exhibitors from all over the world. New exhibitors to the show this year included Win Five Sdn Bhd from Malaysia, Durafos Inc from Korea and Industrias Vitoria Ltda from Brazil, all of which were very pleased with how the show went.

Other exhibitors who were also very positive about the show included Deporman Trofeus from Spain. They exhibit every time and for them Euro Trophex is the best show they go to because of the quality and type of people that visit. SDL Trophies Ltd from the UK had a good show; they had a lot of visitors to their stand from Eastern Europe which is great for them as it opens up new markets.

Tryumf from Poland was also very satisfied with the show, their new product range was very well received and the show is the perfect opportunity for them to see their customers and make new contacts. David Pollard from Signature Engraving Systems said that the show is invaluable for them and by exhibiting at Euro Trophex it continues to ensure their international presence and growth in the market.

The show attracted visitors from all over the world. Print Equipment from Germany had several Russian visitors to their stand, one of which was visiting the exhibition with an interpreter. In the Euro Trophex Show Guide we featured a company profile from first time exhibitors Crisp Design from the UK and they had people visit their stand especially at the show after reading this editorial.

Toufic Al Daouk, Managing Director at Vertex Trading in Dubai was a first time visitor to the show; he visited the show to check out the market and to see what was on offer in the industry. Noor-e-din Khoja from the Khoja Group and Coenie Oosthuizen from Trophy and Medal Boutique from South Africa were also first time visitors to the show. They visited Euro Trophex to source new products and find out more about the industry. They were very impressed with the specialty of the show and the organisation - it exceeded their expectations!

Euro Trophex 2010 will take place from 9th-11th October 2010.
